What are your delivery hours? +

Our standard delivery hours are 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM, seven days a week.

Special express or festival deliveries may be available 24×7 in select areas.

Can I cancel or modify my order? +

Yes — orders can be cancelled within 3 minutes of placement or before the packing process begins.

After packing or dispatch, cancellation or modification may not be possible.

Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 Indian banking days to the original payment method.

How fast is delivery? +

Delivery speed depends on your area and selected slot:

  • Instant Delivery: 30–45 minutes
  • Same-Day Delivery: within the chosen time window
  • Scheduled Delivery: at your preferred date/time

Our routing technology assigns the nearest Udaybharat store or partner vendor automatically for maximum speed.

What if an item is missing, expired, or damaged? +

If any product is missing, expired, or damaged, please raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery through the app, WhatsApp (+91 7433004444), or email (info@udaybharatmart.com).

After verification, we'll provide a refund or replacement as per policy.

Are products fresh and genuine? +

Yes. Every product sold on Udaybharat Mart comes either from:

  1. Our own Udaybharat retail stores, or
  2. Verified Indian vendors (kirana shops, wholesalers, and farmers).

All vendors are GST- and FSSAI-registered, and we perform a three-step quality check:

  • Inventory & expiry validation
  • Packaging & freshness review
  • Dispatch-level inspection
How can I track my order? +

You can view live order updates on the app or website:

Confirmed → Packed → Out for Delivery → Delivered.

You'll also receive real-time notifications by SMS and WhatsApp (available in English & Hindi).

Is there a minimum order value? +

Yes:

  • Groceries: ₹150 minimum
  • Essentials: ₹99 minimum
  • Express Delivery: ₹199 minimum

Orders below these values may include a nominal delivery fee, shown before checkout.

Are there delivery charges? +

Delivery is free on orders above ₹299.

Below ₹299, a small delivery fee may apply depending on distance and delivery type.

Special slots (midnight / festival / priority) include transparent service charges.

What if I'm unavailable at delivery time? +

If you're unavailable, our partner will attempt to reach you via call or WhatsApp.

You may request one free reschedule within 2 hours.

If unreachable, the order returns to store — refunds or redelivery charges may apply.

Do you offer recurring or scheduled deliveries? +

Yes. You can schedule daily or weekly deliveries for essentials (milk, groceries, vegetables etc.).

A subscription feature is being introduced for automatic recurring orders from your nearest Udaybharat Mart store.

How are refunds handled? +

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days:

  • UPI / Wallet: usually instant
  • Card / Bank: as per bank timelines
  • COD: via wallet or bank transfer after verification

Refund eligibility is determined after internal verification.

Is my personal information secure? +

Yes. We comply with the Information Technology Act (2000) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (2023).

Your data is encrypted, stored securely in India, and used only for legitimate order and service purposes.

Udaybharat Mart never sells or rents user data.

What if a delivery partner misbehaves or asks for extra payment? +

Such behavior is strictly prohibited.
